The Arc is an organization dedicated to empowering youth in Flagstaff, AZ through basketball, leadership, and community programs.

Our mission is to build the person behind the player, helping young people develop essential life skills like teamwork, resilience, and integrity.

Many youth in Flagstaff have opportunities, but they lack consistent mentorship, access to facilities, and structured programs to support their growth.. The Arc bridges this gap by using basketball as a catalyst for personal and community development.

By 2035, The Arc will serve over 5,000 youth annually, operate a $10M state-of-the-art facility in Flagstaff, and become a national model for youth development through sport and mentorship.
